Account & data deletion
How to remove Zeryvo data now, and how account deletion will work when accounts launch.
Current beta: local data
The current public beta design does not operate a production Zeryvo cloud account. Most Zeryvo settings and Activity data are stored on your Android device. You can clear Activity in the app, turn retention off, or uninstall Zeryvo to remove normal app-local data.
Online accounts: not live yet
If account creation is introduced, this page will provide a functional external account-deletion route and the app will include an in-app deletion path before the account feature is released.
Need help deleting data?
Email privacy@zeryvo.app with the subject “Zeryvo data deletion request”. If Zeryvo has no server-side account linked to you, we will explain which data remains only on your device and how to remove it.
Future account deletion
Before production accounts launch, Zeryvo will update this page so users can request deletion of the account and associated cloud data. Any data that must legally be retained for a limited period (for example, transaction records) will be identified in the updated policy.
