1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Zeryvo Android application and zeryvo.app. The service is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. By using Zeryvo you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. What Zeryvo does
Zeryvo is a user-controlled feed-filtering tool. You select categories, presets or custom rules. Zeryvo analyses supported on-screen feed information and may automatically skip content that the app determines matches one of your active BLOCK rules. Classification is probabilistic and can be wrong.
3. Beta status
The current version is beta software. Features may change, fail, be unavailable after Android or third-party app updates, or produce false positives and false negatives. Do not rely on Zeryvo as the sole safety control for a child, medical decision, emergency, legal duty or other high-stakes purpose.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you configure Zeryvo for a child or another person, you are responsible for having the authority to do so and for complying with applicable law.
5. Third-party platforms
Zeryvo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or its affiliates. Supported third-party apps and services have their own terms and technical restrictions. Zeryvo does not grant you rights to use any third-party service in a way prohibited by that service.
6. Your rules and responsibility
You choose the filters. Zeryvo does not promise that any preset represents the rules, beliefs or values of every religion, family, political viewpoint or community. Faith and values presets are configurable content preferences, not religious, medical or legal advice.
7. Kids Lock
Kids Lock is an app-level parental control feature. It is designed to restrict changes within Zeryvo and to use stricter filtering behaviour, but it is not a device-owner or mobile-device-management system. It cannot guarantee that Android settings, uninstallation or every bypass route are inaccessible.
8. Paid plans and subscriptions
The beta may display planned Free, Plus, Family or founder pricing as “coming soon”. Unless a real purchase flow is active, such display is not an offer that charges you. If paid digital features launch on Google Play, purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund handling will follow the applicable store rules and additional consumer information will be presented before purchase.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Zeryvo to violate law, bypass security controls you are not authorised to control, interfere with another person’s device without authority, or unlawfully extract, redistribute or commercially exploit third-party content.
10. Intellectual property
Zeryvo’s name, software, artwork and original materials are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], subject to third-party and open-source licences. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect classification, compatibility with every Android device or continued compatibility with third-party applications.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to applicable law, Zeryvo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by relying on a beta classification or by third-party platform changes. Any final liability limitation for commercial launch should be reviewed for the consumer law of the countries where Zeryvo is offered.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Zeryvo at any time. We may discontinue beta functionality or access where necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility or product development.
14. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence remain unaffected.
